Australian Vintage Limited has announced it has executed a distribution agreement with Invivo & Co Limited for its portfolio of Graham Norton, Invivo X SJP and Invivo branded wines.
Australian Vintage will represent the Invivo portfolio in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland for a term of five years.
Distribution by Australian Vintage will commence at the end of Invivo’s distribution arrangements in the UK.
Australian Vintage said Invivo’s range of “innovative, award-winning wines” was complementary to its existing portfolio. The partnership is expected to add 500,000 cases and $15 million dollars in annual revenue and is margin and cash flow accretive.
Australian Vintage CEO Tom Dusseldorp said: “AVG is focused on leveraging all the company assets to grow shareholder value. One of those assets is our global scale and retailer relationships. Through partnerships like this AVG can strategically grow the company’s brand portfolio in desirable wine segments while driving innovation and protecting its core brands.”

The Invivo team has just been awarded the Excellence in Brand Story Telling Trophy at the 2025 New Zealand International Business Awards.
Cofounder Tim Lightbourne said: “We love spreading the word about New Zealand, our wine and all the things we get up to … Launch a winery airline, Eurovision, blending wine with SJP in the middle of NY Mets Citifield stadium and Graham at Eden Park, a record crowdfunding campaign, 14-year partnership with Graham Norton and already seven years with Sarah Jessica Parker – both proud owners of Invivo.
“These authentic collaborations have helped create a unique space for Invivo on the global stage.”
