The answer is the distiller’s new limited edition Lamington Gin is a rich and indulgent tribute to the beloved Australian treat.
Expect layers of velvety chocolate, a hint of creamy coconut and a bright burst of berry sweetness, balanced with juniper berries and classic gin botanicals.
It can be enjoyed over ice, in a gin cocktail or paired with Fever-Tree Wild Raspberry tonic for a bold yet nostalgic G&T.

Lamington Martini
40ml Bass & Flinders Lamington Gin
20ml Coffee Liqueur
30ml cold brew coffee
20ml coconut cream
METHOD: Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and pour into a Coupe glass. Garnish with shaved coconut or chocolate.
