7 new premix cocktails you need to try

Summer is just around the corner and drinks brands are celebrating impending new freedoms for Aussies with a slew of premix cocktail releases.

Super-premium vodka brand Belvedere has introduced an ‘Organic Infusions’ soda range featuring unique botanical flavour combinations.

Launching exclusively on Australian shores, the Belvedere Organic Infusions are designed for luxurious home entertaining, outdoor picnics, summer BBQs or relaxing with friends.

The range is crafted with certified organic Belvedere Polish rye vodka, a curated blend of organic fruit and botanical infusions, and sparkling water. It contains no sugar, no artificial flavours or preservatives, and has less than 83 calories per can.

Flavours include Lemon & Basil with a touch of elderflower, Blackberry & Lemongrass with a hint of sage, and Pear & Ginger with a drop of honey.

Drinks Digest has put all three flavours to the taste test earlier and we found them deliciously refreshing, with just the right balance of soda and natural flavours.

Available in a ready-to-serve 250ml can & convenient 4 pack format, the range is on sale in selected bottle shops at an RRP of $28 per 4-pack.

Following three years of extensive research and development, the Mr Black Espresso Martini has launched in a 200ml can.

The Mr Black team tried 156 different recipes, two production methods, and three canning technologies to create the final Espresso Martini canned cocktail. Crafted by Mr Black’s roasters and distillers on the NSW Central Coast, the final blend uses speciality-grade medium and light roast coffee from Colombia and Ethiopia.

Charged with nitrogen and made using top-grade arabica coffee, pure Australian vodka, and a generous splash of Mr Black Coffee Liqueur, the new RTD allows novices to nail Australia’s favourite cocktail in seconds. They simply need to give the can a good shake and it pours like a classic Espresso Martini, complete with a smooth, foamy head.

From the October 1, Mr Black Espresso Martini will be available nationally in 764 Liquorland, First Choice, Vintage Cellars and leading independent retailers in a new four-pack offering with a RRP of $34.99, (ABV 8%).
